Shipping

We will send you your UPS tracking number to track your shipment.

Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt via regular UPS ground service. If you are in a rush, we will gladly ship your order via UPS guaranteed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day service. Items shipped UPS ground to a business address are also guaranteed. Items too large or heavy to be shipped via UPS will be shipped by motor freight or air freight with shipping charges to be collected at delivery. 

Returns

Any normally stocked product may be returned, freight pre-paid, within 30 days and is subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns will be accepted after the 30 day grace period. All returned goods and packaging must be unused and in re-saleable condition. No returns on electrical goods or special order items. Shipping is not refundable. All returns require an RMA number; please fill out the form below and we will get back to you quickly.
